Everything can be a sewing pattern; just follow your imagination.
From a very professional perspective, if it is garments, the pattern is the drawing that you make based on measurements step by step with relevant markings on it.
In fact, the pattern is the template that we put on the fabric later: we will draw it or cut it around. That’s how we get the ready piece.
Always pay close attention!
The pattern does not always include seam allowance and then you will need to add it after laying the pattern out on the fabric before cutting.
The sewing pattern is usually made of paper or stronger cardboard.
But if we trace around the edges of the bottom of a glass, in the broader sense, it is also a pattern.
